Dr. Northrup earned his Medical Degree at University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his Psychiatry Residency at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His Forensic Psychiatry fellowship was completed at University of Florida in Gainesville. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General and Forensic Psychiatry.
